Hypnosis
is the best way to fall asleep fast
Years
ago my elderly father told me he wanted to enjoy a nap in the afternoon
but couldn’t fall asleep. This was in the days of cassettes
(little tapes than ran in recording machines – the forerunners
of CDs). I offered to create a hypnosis cassette for him.
Since
his main fear (which, ironically, never bothered him for night-time
sleep) was that he would die during an afternoon nap I incorporated
the message “awakening at the time you choose” (after
such suggestions as “you enjoy a deep, relaxing, refreshing
sleep”). Worked wonders for the rest of his days.

Your

Drink warm milk or cold turkey just before sleeping
Buy the best mattress you can afford

missing from that list of otherwise excellent advice?
Control
of your anxious or troubling thoughts.
And
